Safecast applying Distance and the Act except that we extended the period to 30 days. You as a customer account for the return freight at the invocation of the right and open the purchase of 30 days, see below under the heading "To make a return."

NOTE: withdrawal and buying for 30 days does not apply to businesses .. According to Distance and the Act have you as a customer may cancel your purchase within 14 days after you receive the goods and without specific reason. This provided the product and product packaging is unaltered, ie unused and not destroyed or damaged. You may not use the product but, of course, carefully examine it.

Exemptions from Buying:

Buying for data products applies only if the return is in unbroken packaging and with its accessories are unused.

According to Distance and canvassing Act Section 10 does not apply to the right, if the contract is for:

• A product which, by their nature can not be returned or which can rapidly deteriorate or become too old or a sealed computer and the seal has been broken.

At the invocation of the right & buying on follow instructions below:

Notify the Safecasts customer service and return the order within 30 days after you have received this order, or a substantial part of it.

1. The product should be in an unaltered state, that is unused, not destroyed or damaged.

Return the product in the original product packaging with the specialized inner packaging. Then the board sent in a Transport packaging which is equivalent to the goods or goods shipped in for you.

The product will be complete. This means that all accessories such as remote control, manual, batteries, etc. to join in return.

2. Original Packaging

At the returns we want to bring back the goods in the original packaging because it is a special designed product packaging that is unique to the product, which has photos and texts in order to explain and clarify the product's functions and characteristics, and to protect the mostly perishable goods, such as electronic equipment, instruction manuals and accessories required in order to sell the product again. This is true not transport packaging, which means a packaging not is designed for a specific product and the object only is to protect the product.

Safecast reserves the right to where the return is not complete, charge the cost of the missing parts. Missing manual or remote control will be charged 500: -. Safecast will not bail out package for delivery.

3. To make a return:

Fill out the return form. It is on the outside of the package in a plastic alternative in the package. By doing this we can give you a better and faster service.

A: If your return considering less than 20kg mail it via the Post Service Provider.

B. In the event returns over 20kg please contact our Customer Service to have broadcast a return waybill. This to the Post Service Provider can not handle packages weighing over 20 kg. The payment for the return freight adjusts in connection with the payment of your money.

C. Remember that you are responsible for the product is well protected in shipment back to us. Package goods are thoroughly. The product should always be returned in the original product packaging with the specialized inside the packaging which is made to protect the product. Then this board in the transport packaging of the product delivered to you. If you have not left this packaging so it is obviously good with the equivalent packaging instead. Because of saving these boxes, at least during the 30 days withdrawal & buying case.

D. Always send the return shipment containing value goods, namely by registered mail. Save your receipt!
