Warranty Terms
Safecast sells all products (see exceptions below) with at least two year warranty, for certain products, it is 5års factory warranty, computer products with a one-year warranty. Product warranty is a fault in the operation that arise during the warranty period. On consumables & accessories such as batteries and chargers case the manufacturer's warranty that may be less than one year.
In the case of eg handling error or misconfiguration product will charge our service you study cost. This is true when they / we can not find anything wrong with the product or when you caused the damage himself. Product warranty does not apply to errors that occur during or after self-change of the product's function and appearance, such as conversions, upgrades or other configuration of the product without written approval from Safecast.
We have very carefully selected our partners and offer nationwide service to provide our customers a first class warranty procedure. For use of the warranty Service & Warranty.
Your delivery note / warranty is for the sake of simplicity the same document. This will be placed on the outside of the package in a plastic pouch, or be in the package. Keep the document well when the document is required for use of the guarantee and claim the right.
NOTE! In All warranty issues we always check if the product is delivered by us or our dealers when a customer claims warranty. This in order not to go to buy the product somewhere else and if / when the product no longer work require us to be responsible for warranty on a product that we sell.
