IP Watchdog Lite monitors the functionality of Ethernet connections and devices using the “ping” function. If there is no response within a specified time, its output relay is activated. IP WatchDog Lite contains two relays and monitors two independent connections. Ping requests can be sent and replied to. IP WatchDog Lite can reset a device, activate an alarm, or initiate a failover to a backup communication link.
